Filter Sieve Belts

Filter sieve belts are used for a continuous filtration of polymer melt.

These filter sieve belts, but also wire mesh pre-cut parts, are manufactured in various dimensions and weaves.

Materials: Stainless steel, plain steel, combinations of various materials.

For high demands the fabrics are available with high tenacity warp wires.

Plasma welded edges assure a continuous and frictionless passage of the filter sieve belts.

Application Areas

Filter belt are mainly used:

• specially weaved cutting as basic material for carpets
• weaved ribbons for packing (e.g. bags for potatoes or onions)
• very tight weaved ribbons as container packing (transportation of granulates)
