Rolf Koerner has manufactured wire cloth and developed its wire mesh line to exceed all requirements for its filtration processes worldwide.We pride ourselves on being a customer focused company. Our in-house development, engineering and manufacturing facilities, our own tool and die shop and a skilled workforce allow us to be extremely responsive. Our facilities are capable of: cutting, plasma cutting, stamping, edging, ultrasonic cleaning, spot welding, TIG, plasma welding, seam rolling, soldering, pleating and gluing…. from one-off originals to wide scale production, we are able to complete it all on site.

We warehouse a wide range of wire cloth allowing us to promptly fill requests for both small and large quantities. Mesh range in size from 3 microns to 10mm and originate in our own weaving mills in almost any weave configuration.

Filter discs, Custom basket filters, screen cylinders, and filter elements all can be manufactured to client specifications.
